Exercise at Home & Circuit Training What is the recommended F.I.T.T. for aerobic exercise and the principles of constructing a circuit program? Our Physiotherapist will show you some of the exercises that you can do home.
Exercise in the Gym Introduction to Gym equipment and how to use them safely.
